Rockpoint, Post Road Sell MA MF Community 

Rockpoint and Post Road Residential have announced the sale of The Burrow at Green District, a 235-unit luxury multifamily community in Marlborough, MA. The property features studio, one-, two-, and three-bedroom apartments with amenities like a co-working space, rooftop dining, swimming pool, fitness club, podcasting studio, and EV charging stations. 

Rockpoint and Post Road Residential acquired the site in 2020, began construction in 2021, and completed the project in 2023. They are also collaborating on a second multifamily development in Lynn, Massachusetts. Financial terms of the transaction were not disclosed.  

“When we acquired Green District with Post Road Residential in 2020, we saw an opportunity to meet the need for new, high-quality multifamily rentals in a desirable and growing market that has seen limited new supply,” said Fred Borges, Senior Managing Director at Rockpoint.
