Rockefeller Lands Consumer Electronics Distributor at San Bernardino DC

Rockefeller Group signed a 138,851-square-foot lease with Protempo US Limited at Tri-City Industrial Complex in San Bernardino. The global consumer electronics distributor and provider of value-added services leased the remaining 40% of the 344,249-square-foot cross-dock distribution facility, and is the second tenant in the building. In March, Home Chef signed a lease at Tri-City for 206,398 square feet.

Rockefeller Group’s James V. Camp says, “The market for smaller facilities in the Inland Empire continues to be a trend we are seeing, and to be able to lease the remaining 138,851 square feet of the building is a testament to that trend.”

The property, located at 1445 S. Tippecanoe Ave, will allow Protempo to better serve its customers by having refurbishment capabilities and distribution all under one roof.

Lee & Associates’ Rocky Moran represented the tenant. Cushman & Wakefield’s Chuck Belden, Kyle Kehner, Milo Lipson, Tim Pimentel and Ryan Velasquez advised the landlord.

Connect Bay Area is coming up July 18, 2019 at the Grand Hyatt San Francisco. Get more information, and register to attend on this link.
