Rockefeller Group Working on Two S. Phoenix BTR Communities

Rockefeller Group has broken ground on two build-to-rent communities in South Phoenix. The group purchased two parcels for $8.7 million, less than two miles apart, and will build 152 townhomes and carriage-style units. The company has selected Mosaic as its BTR contractor.

The Corsica Villas at 20th St. and Corsica Villas at Euclid Ave. & 7th St. will offer different models and floorplans. The 20th St. location will feature 68 units with attached 2-car garages in 2- and 3-bedroom floor plans, while the Euclid Ave. & 7th St. site will offer 84 units, including 2-bedroom carriage units with attached garages and 3-bedroom townhomes. The two-story units span between 1,126 and 1,525 square feet. Both communities will offer a full suite of amenities to residents, including a heated pool, hot tub, playgrounds, dog parks, and open spaces. The new light rail at nearby Central Ave. and Baseline Road is scheduled to open well before completion, expected first quarter of 2025.
