Rockefeller Group to Develop Distribution Center in Piscataway, NJ

Rockefeller Group has started construction of a 147,000-square-foot distribution center in Piscataway, New Jersey. The developer has acquired the 18-acre site where it is constructing the Constitution Logistics Center and has begun demolishing a 100,000-square-foot building previously owned by WS Audiology/Sivantos Group to make way for the industrial project.

“We learned from the success of the 2.1 million square foot logistics center we developed in the township in 2018 that Piscataway is a great place to do business,” said Heath Abramsohn, vice president and regional director for Rockefeller Group. “We are excited for our second industrial development project in the township, which has become one of the top locations for logistics and distribution hubs.”

Located at 10 Constitution Avenue, the center will include 36-foot clear heights, 123 auto parking spaces, 57 trailer parking spaces, and 41 loading docks. The building is expected to be completed by the second quarter of 2024.
