Rockefeller Group Sells Piscataway Logistics Center to Bridge Industrial

Rockefeller Group has sold the 147,000-square-foot Constitution Logistics Center in Piscataway, NJ, to Bridge Industrial. The center, located at 10 Constitution Avenue, is the sixth industrial building Rockefeller Group has developed in Piscataway in the last five years. Bridge Industrial, which now owns over 14 million square feet across 35 buildings in New York and New Jersey, expands its investment portfolio with this acquisition.

“The property has significant advantages, the combination of building size, ample trailer parking, and dock-high loading will cater to a wide-range of tenant requirements. It was a pleasure dealing with the team at Rockefeller, their professionalism and attention to detail allowed for a smooth transaction”, said Stefan Sansone, director of acquisitions at Northeast Region, Bridge Industrial.

The center, with its 36’ clear heights, 123 auto parking spaces, 57 trailer parking spaces, 41 loading docks, and 3,000 square feet of office space, is located near I-287, I-95, and Routes 78 and 80. The transaction was facilitated by KBC Advisors, with Marc Petrella and Michael Kimmel representing Rockefeller Group.
