Rockefeller Group Offloads 453K-SF Denver Warehouse

After fully leasing out a new 453,000-square foot Denver warehouse facility, The Rockefeller Group sold it for $94.5 million. The buyer of 25 Commerce Park was EastGroup Properties.

CBRE’s Jeremy Ballenger and Tyler Carner represented Rockefeller Group. The project was fully leased by CBRE’s Todd Witty and Daniel Close prior to being marketed for sale.

Completed by Rockefeller Group in 2025, 25 Commerce Park is at 15003-15107 Grant Street at the intersection of Interstate 25 and E-470. At the time of sale, the property was 100% leased to four tenants.

The project is designed by Grey Wolf Architecture and built by Golden Triangle Construction.

The property lies within one of metro Denver’s fastest-growing industrial submarkets. According to CBRE Research, the North submarket currently has approximately 1.82 million square feet under construction, the largest development pipeline among Denver-area industrial submarkets.
