Rockefeller Group Expands Team with Development Veteran

Sarah Ashcroft has joined Rockefeller Group as VP and senior regional director, Northeast. She was previously a senior development manager for Jonathan Rose Companies.

At Jonathan Rose, Ashcroft led the development of more than 800 rental units across New York City and Washington, D.C. Previously, she was VP, real estate development, for the New York City Economic Development Corporation, where she managed several large mixed-use development projects. She also worked for the Greater Jamaica (Queens, NY) Development Corporation.

In her new role at Rockefeller Group, Ashcroft will be responsible for overseeing some of the company’s current development projects throughout New York City, and will be involved in future development projects in the Northeast region.

His tenure in B2B publishing stretches back into the print era, and he has served as Editor in Chief on four national trade publications. Since 1999, Paul has volunteered as the newsletter editor of passenger rail advocacy groups (one national, one local).
