Rockefeller Group Delivers Centerpointe Commerce Center
Construction is complete on Rockefeller Group’s Centerpointe Commerce Center, a 203,944-square-foot industrial distribution center in Moreno Valley. The developer acquired 8.78 acres in the I-215 corridor and broke ground in September 2019.
Rockefeller Group’s Marc Berg says, “The low vacancy rates for medium-sized industrial buildings in the Inland Empire has continued unabated due to strong demand. We’re excited to complete construction and deliver a product to the marketplace that is state-of-the-art and ideal for industrial and e-commerce tenants looking for a new or expanded presence in the area.”
The building at 14180 Frederick St. features 32-foot clear ceiling heights, 8,080 square feet of speculative two-story office improvements, and parking for 106 autos, as well as 26 trailers. The site offers convenient access to several major Southern California freeways including the I-215, SR-60, SR-91 and I-10, as well as Ontario International Airport, the BNSF Intermodal Yard and the SoCal ports.
Lee & Associates Bill Heim, Finn Comer, Alex Heim and Nesha Ritchie are handling the leasing.
