Rockefeller Group Appoints New Head of NYC Office Properties

Rockefeller Group has appointed Marisa Gadlin as senior vice president, head of Core Holdings, overseeing strategic initiatives, asset management, leasing, and operations for its six million square feet New York office portfolio. The portfolio includes 1221 and 1271 Avenue of the Americas.

Gadlin, who joined Rockefeller Group in 2021, previously led asset and facilities management for the Core Holdings portfolio and had roles at Paramount Group and Tishman Speyer. In 2014, she was involved in the coordination and organization of internal processes for the largest ever REIT IPO for Paramount Group, which raised upwards of $2.7 billion.

“At a time when some are questioning the future of the office and the role of the CBD, our core Manhattan portfolio has consistently outperformed, maintaining nearly 100% occupancy and attracting some of the most compelling retail and restaurants in the city,” said Daniel J. Moore, Rockefeller Group’s president and CEO.
