Rockefeller Expands Western Development Team

Michael Chukwueke joined The Rockefeller Group’s Irvine, CA-based West Region as Manager, Development and Financial Analysis. The firm is currently developing or pursuing more than two million square feet of industrial property in the Inland Empire.

Chukwueke will be responsible for regional development projects, including coordination and analysis of plans, projects and new opportunities, as well as oversight and management of product design, government entitlements, analysis, reporting and marketing.

He spent the past six years at TIAA-CREF as a real estate analysist in SoCal. He was responsible for the management and review of certifications for TIAA’s Global Real Estate Account Portfolio. He also provided financial sensitivity analysis, and prepared debt action plans.

The Rockefeller Group’s James Camp says, “Michael’s ability to oversee a project from start to finish, including the underwriting of new development opportunities, will help continue to grow our pipeline throughout Southern California.”
