Rockefeller Center Adds Three New Leases
Rockefeller Center has added three leases at properties across the campus. Shikhara has signed 2,000 square feet at 45 Rockefeller Plaza, with a 2,000 square feet lease renewal from CPE Incorporated. Teilinger has renewed a lease for 3,000 square feet at 1270 Avenue of the Americas.
Operated under the ZO global amenity network, amenities at the campus include access to exclusive spaces like Radio Park, a green space atop Radio City Music Hall, and the ZO lounges at various locations within the campus. Additionally, ZO members have exclusive access to networking events, wellness services and curated experiences. They have discounts to retailers at Rockefeller Center.
All ZO members enjoy worldwide access to over 40 Tishman Speyer properties participating in the ZO network. This encompasses locations in major cities like New York, Seattle, Chicago, DC, Boston, Los Angeles, and San Francisco, as well as eight international destinations including Brazil, Germany, France, and England.
