Rock Group Trades Chula Vista Project to EQT Exeter

Rockefeller Group has sold Heritage Industrial Center, a three-building, 202,760-square-foot industrial project in Chula Vista, to EQT Exeter. The project was Rockefeller Group’s second development in South San Diego and its second transaction with EQT Exeter in three months.

“We completed this sale by year-end in a challenging market which is a reflection of the high-quality, class A industrial product we were able to deliver with a lease in negotiation at closing,” said Brett W. Anderson, VP for Rockefeller Group’s West Region. Each building at Heritage Industrial Center was developed on a separate land parcel and was sold to EQT Exeter unoccupied.

Michael Mossmer and Patrick Connors of Voit Real Estate Services represented Rockefeller Group on leasing efforts.  Cushman & Wakefield’s National Industrial Advisory Group of Jeffrey Cole, Jeff Chiate, Bryce Aberg, Brad Brandenburg, Zachary Harman and Mike Adey represented Rockefeller Group on the investment sale element of the project.
