Roche Bobois Gains Visibility with Third Ave. Flagship Store

French designer furniture company Roche Bobois will relocate into a flagship space at 950 Third Ave., on the southwest corner of 57th Street. The 10-year lease totals 8,200 square feet of space over three floors.

“We were able to offer Roche Bobois the opportunity to relocate from an-line unit on 57th Street to a prominent and visible corner at 950 Third, while providing ownership with an ideal, top-tier tenant for their space,” said Joanne Podell of Cushman & Wakefield. Podell and her colleagues, Brandon Singer and Mary Clayton, represented the property’s ownership, Naomi and Andre Altholz of 950 Third, LLC.

With 150 feet of wraparound frontage and 22’ tall glass windows, the new location will provide Roche Bobois with branding opportunities. Steve Greenberg of The Greenberg Group represented Roche Bobois.
