RocaPoint Completes First Phase of $370M Halcyon MXU Project in Forsyth

Atlanta-based real estate investment and development firm RocaPoint Partners has announced the completion of the first phase at Halcyon, a $370-million mixed-use project in Forsyth County.

The 227,000-square-foot first phase opened in fall 2019, and includes a total of 25 openings among its restaurants, retailers, service providers and the Market Hall, a 13,315-square-foot food hall home to four open food stalls. In 2020, nine more tenant openings are scheduled. Additionally, the initial residents have moved into the first townhomes by Monte Hewett Homes, the 300-unit Elan Halcyon and the 160-unit Everleigh Halcyon Village, aimed at active adults ages 55 and older. More move-ins are scheduled in the coming months.

When completed, the 135-acre development will include a mix of 665 single-family homes, townhomes and apartment homes, two hotels, 260,000 square feet of retail space, and 300,000 square feet of office space.
