Roca Tile Relocates to Edison with 80K-SF Lease 

CBRE has facilitated an 80,250-square-foot relocation and expansion for Roca Tile, a designer ceramic tile manufacturer and distributor, at 74 Carter Drive in Edison, NJ.  

Roca Tile is moving its distribution space from 8001 Industrial Avenue in Carteret, NJ. As part of the Edison Commerce Center, the single-story industrial property, built in 2018, features 32-foot clear ceiling heights, 14 loading docks, ample power, and parking for 29 vehicles.  

The CBRE team, including Chad Hillyer, Kevin Dudley, Tristan Askew, Jake Westfall, Nicholas Klacik, and Kate Granahan, led the site selection search and negotiated the long-term lease directly with the property owner.
