Robotics Startup Will Move to Park Ave

Fresh off a $153-million Series B funding round, robotics software startup UiPath soon will move out of the Midtown WeWork space it has occupied since last April. The company has opted for Vornado Realty Trust’s 90 Park Ave., where it plans to take 26,000 square feet.

Crain’s New York reported that UiPath, founded in Bucharest in 2005, intends to move to 90 Park in May. Currently, it’s housed at 311 W. 43rd St. At 90 Park, it will join a tenant roster that also includes PwC and Compass.

Previous investor Accel led the Series B round. The latest fundraising gives UiPath a valuation of more than $1 billion.
