Robotics Startup Signs Full-Floor Lease with Ogden CAP

Ogden CAP Properties has signed Viam, a robotics software startup, to a 10-year, 54,000-square-foot lease encompassing the entire sixth floor at 1900 Broadway, near Lincoln Center. The space will serve as Viam’s headquarters.

“This lease showcases the strength in the product we are offering at 1900 Broadway – a boutique office building, with large floor plates, spacious bright and airy spaces in an ideal neighborhood,” said Lester Schwalb of Ogden CAP. “Viam clearly understood that this unique building was the perfect place to build their long-term offices and HQ.”

JLL vice chairmen Frank Doyle and Mitchell Konsker, managing director Barbara Winter and associate Carlee Palmer represented Ogden CAP in leasing negotiations. Viam was represented by Ephraim Setton and Troy Gordon with R New York.
