Robinson Weeks to Develop 410K-SF Distribution Center in South Dallas

Developer Robinson Weeks Partners has launched construction on a new speculative distribution facility in South Dallas.

Located at 4501 Cleveland Road,, the 410,102-square-foot Class A development will be known as I-20 Dallas Crossing. The project is slated to be completed in the fourth quarter of 2022. Features of the facility will include cross-dock capabilities, a 520-foot build depth, 36-foot clear heights, 78 dock doors, 224 parking spaces and spec office space.

Randy Touchstone and Elizabeth Jones of JLL have been tapped to market the property.
