Robinson + Cole Commitment Means Full Occupancy at 100 Park Ave.

SL Green Realty Corp. said Thursday that Robinson + Cole, one of the oldest law firms in the U.S., has signed a new 15-year lease covering 48,451 square feet on the entire 16th and 17th floors at 100 Park Ave. The 36-story, 905,000-square-foot office building is now 100% leased.

“Park Avenue continues to demonstrate exceptional strength as a premier office corridor, attracting top-tier firms seeking high-quality space in a transit centric location,” said Steven Durels, EVP, director of leasing and real property at SL Green. “We are proud to welcome Robinson & Cole to 100 Park Ave. as the building achieves full occupancy.” Other major tenants at the property, a short walk from Grand Central Terminal, include AlphaSights and Alvarez & Marsal Holdings, LLC.

The tenant was represented by Greg Taubin of Savills. The landlord was represented by Harry Blair, Barry Zeller, Justin Royce and Pierce Hance of Cushman & Wakefield.
