Roberts Communities Creating Luxury Manufactured Housing

Roberts Communities unveiled its new NXT line, which will lead to 845 manufactured homes throughout South and Central Texas. The NXT brand will be built in San Antonio’s Woodlake Estates, as well as the Oak Ranch and Loma Vista developments in Austin.

Woodlake Estates, at 7151 Woodlake Pkwy. includes play areas for children, along with covered picnic areas with a barbecue and pool. A $1.5-million event center will be available to community residents for parties and to rent for larger special events. A grand opening is scheduled to take place in late March 2019.

Scott Roberts with Roberts Community said the goal is to offer high-quality, manufactured homes, along with “amenities and a luxury lifestyle at an attainable price for the average family of four.” The starting price of a NXT home is $91,995.
