Dallas-based Mohr Partners, Inc. agreed to sell the CRE advisory firm to a management group led by its current president Robert Shibuya. The former Cushman & Wakefield DTZ senior leader is taking over as chairman and CEO of the 31-year-old company from the founder, Bob Mohr.
