Rob Neblett Jumps from Avison Young to CBRE

Robinson “Rob” Neblett joined CBRE’s Advisory & Transaction Services, Occupier team in Houston as Senior Vice President. The tenant representation expert’s recent position was as Principal with Avison Young, where he worked with that company’s Tenant Representation practice.

Neblett had been with Avison Young since 2011, where he focused on tenant representation and corporate services for Houston companies. Prior to that, he served as Managing Director – Corporate Advisory Services, for Transwestern Commercial Services. His more than three decades of tenant representation experience also included founding, owning and operating the occupier-focused R.K. Nesblett Interests Inc.
