Roadside Development, North America Sekisui House Complete Residences at DC’s $715M City Ridge
Washington, DC-based Roadside Development and North America Sekisui House, LLC, have completed nearly 700 residences across four multifamily communities in City Ridge, a $715-million, 1.1 million-square-foot mixed-use development located in DC.
City Ridge is anchored by DC’s first Wegmans, 154,000 square feet of retail and restaurant space and 160,000 square feet of office space that is already fully leased to CAVA Group’s corporate headquarters, International Baccalaureate’s Global Centre for the Americas and Industrious coworking.
All City Ridge residents have access to all indoor and outdoor amenity spaces across City Ridge’s four residential buildings, Botanica, The Branches, The Coterie and Crescendo:
- Six rooftop areas equipped with space for entertainment, relaxation, gardening, grilling, a pizza oven and smoker and private event rooms.
- Fitness studio facilities with Hydrow rowers, Tonal adaptive weight system, Peloton bikes, designated studio space for TRX and aerial or traditional yoga and outdoor workout areas.
- The Den, an entertainment lounge featuring a multi-sport simulator.
- Anna’s House, a rooftop greenhouse where residents can pot their own plants and reserve the space for private parties.
- Pin Oak Park, a nature-inspired private playground.
City Ridge’s public outdoor space includes the one-acre Great Lawn for community events and programming.
Roadside Development previously completed the adaptive reuse of City Market at O. North America Sekisui House, LLC, is the U.S. business operations unit and a full subsidiary of SEKISUI HOUSE, LTD., Japan’s largest homebuilder.
