Roadside Development, Dantes Partners Break Ground on 79-Unit Condo Project in D.C.

A local development team of Roadside Development and Dantes Partners has broken ground on a 79-unit condo project in Washington D.C.’s Shaw neighborhood.

The project is located at the corner of Eighth and O streets NW and is slated to deliver by the end of 2022. The project will include 24 affordable condo units. The condos also include five townhouses as well as 3,300 square feet of retail. The project is one block from City Market at O, a large-scale mixed-use project that delivered its first phase in 2013.

Financing for the project was provided by Grosvenor Americas, M&T Bank and EagleBank. Shalom Baranes Associates is the architect, McCollough Construction is the general contractor and Urban Pace will market the condos for sale.
