RMR Group Secures 18K-SF Lease Renewal in D.C.

The RMR Group has secured a 12-year lease renewal with Associated Builders and Contractors for almost 18,000 square feet at 440 First Street in Washington D.C.

Located in the Capital Hill neighborhood, the 141,576-square-foot building is within walking distance of a number of dining and retail options, as well as government offices. Amenities at the property include a fitness center, conference facility and rooftop terrace.

The property is owned by Office Properties Income Trust and managed by The RMR Group. OPI was represented by Nathan Beach, Evan Behr and Doug Mueller of JLL. Associated Builders and Contractors, Inc. was advised by Eric West of West, Lane & Schalger, and Mindy Saffer of Cresa.
