RMK to Manage Luxury Rentals in South Loop

RMK Management Corp. was selected to oversee property management for 1000 S. Clark, a 469-unit luxury apartment tower in the South Loop neighborhood. Also joining the firm’s property management portfolio is 229 Park, a boutique, luxury rental building in the southwest suburb of Clarendon Hills, IL.

“While each property attracts different demographics, our decades of experience positions us well to meet the needs of the residents at each property,” said Anthony Rossi Sr., chairman of Chicago-based RMK.

A 29-story apartment tower, 1000 S. Clark offers studio, one, two and three-bedroom residences with individual units ranging from 512 to 2,730 square feet. It also has six three-bedroom rental townhomes measuring 3,173 square feet each.

“1000 S. Clark is a great option for residents looking to truly build a community within their apartment building,” said Rossi.

229 Park is within walking distance of shops, numerous restaurants and the local Metra station.
