RMK Management will manage 1407 On Michigan, a 199-unit luxury apartment tower in Chicago’s South Loop

RMK Tapped to Manage South Loop Luxury Apartments

RMK Management Corp. has been named property manager for 1407 On Michigan, a 15-story, 199-unit luxury apartment tower at 1407 S. Michigan Ave. in Chicago’s South Loop.

“With a smaller unit count than many downtown Class A rental properties, 1407 On Michigan offers a boutique atmosphere that will only be enhanced by the excellent resident experience our management team is known for delivering,” said Anthony Rossi Sr., chairman of Chicago-based RMK Management Corp.

Rossi noted that the property’s South Loop neighborhood is a jumping-off point for the RMK team to plan creative resident events and programming.

“Every building we manage has its own unique personality, often shaped by the surrounding community,” he said. “Our team enjoys infusing that local flavor into the activities we plan to engage residents.”

Located at South Michigan Avenue and 14th Street, 1407 On Michigan is convenient to the Museum Campus, Soldier Field and Lakefront Trail.
