RMK Named Property Manager of Ravenswood Multifamily
RMK Management Corp. has been named property manager for The Raven Residences, a transit-oriented rental community at 4733 N. Wolcott Ave. in Chicago’s Ravenswood neighborhood.
In addition to management, RMK is handling leasing for The Raven, which was developed by Harlem Irving Companies and is currently 93.41% leased. The property features 167 apartments and townhomes across two four-story brick buildings.
“The Raven is an intimate rental community that, despite having just opened in 2023, feels right at home in this quintessential Chicago neighborhood that exemplifies exactly what makes the city’s North Side such a popular residential destination,” said Anthony Rossi Jr., president of RMK Management Corp.
Apartments include studio, one- and two-bedroom units, measuring from 452 to 1,061 square feet, and six rental townhomes in two-bedroom, two-bath or four-bedroom, four-bath designs that range in size from 1,262 to 2,282 square feet. A new Colectivo cafe recently opened in the community’s first-floor commercial space at the corner of Wolcott and Lawrence Avenues.
