RMK Named Property Manager for Streeterville Luxury Rental

RMK Management Corp, a Midwest apartment management firm, has been named property manager of Sienna Chicago. The 50-unit boutique luxury rental building is located at 423 E. Ohio Street in the city’s Streeterville neighborhood.

“Downtown Chicago, particularly Streeterville, is known for its large-scale, Class A high-rises, but with only 50 residences, Sienna Chicago offers a more intimate, boutique experience for those still wanting an enhanced rental experience,” said RMK Management Corp. Chairman Anthony Rossi Sr.

Sienna Chicago is situated near Ohio Street beach and the city’s Lakefront Trail, as well as Navy Pier, the Museum of Contemporary Art Chicago, and Northwestern Hospital. The property is surrounded by shopping, dining and entertainment along Michigan Avenue. The five-story, pet-friendly building features amenities, including a rooftop deck, fitness center and bike storage area. The building has a mix of one- and two-bedroom layouts with one to two baths.
