RMK Management Named Property Manager of 20-Unit MF Property

RMK Management Corp., one of the Midwest’s largest market-rate apartment management firms, has been named property manager for 818 N. Wolcott, a boutique 20-unit rental community in Chicago’s East Village neighborhood.

Completed in 2023, the property is the redevelopment of an existing foundry building, with a new addition expanding its original footprint. “This is quite a unique property, not only from an architectural standpoint and its interesting loft-style floor plans, but also in the very intimate environment it offers with only 20 units,” said Anthony Rossi Jr., president of RMK Management Corp.

Located at Chicago and Wolcott avenues, 818 N. Wolcott is convenient to the city center, multiple CTA bus stops and Interstate 90/94. The property, which is 90% leased, offers the choice between single-level timber lofts with exposed brick, oversized windows and 15-foot ceilings, located within the original two-story foundry building; or contemporary loft units, including both single-level and duplex floor plans, located in the building’s three-story addition.
