RMK Management Named Property Manager for Two Illinois Complexes

RMK Management Corp., one of the Midwest’s largest market-rate apartment management firms, has been selected by Churchill Living as property manager for two rental communities in central Illinois. RMK will manage Elm Point Apartments, a 104-unit building in Bloomington, and Oak Point Apartments, a 144-unit property in Normal.

“Our firm has more than 40 years of experience managing apartment communities throughout the Midwest, and we are pleased to expand our Illinois portfolio with the addition of these two properties in the growing Bloomington-Normal region,” said Anthony Rossi Jr., president of Chicago-based RMK Management Corp.

Situated at 304 Turnberry Drive in Bloomington, Elm Point offers two-bedroom and three-bedroom apartments with one to two baths. Located at 1622 Trumbull Avenue in Normal, Oak Point offers large floor plans with one-, two-, three- and four-bedroom apartments.
