RMK Adds Properties in South Loop, Naperville to Management Portfolio

RMK Management Corp., one of the Midwest’s largest market-rate apartment management firms, has been named property manager for two luxury rental communities in the Chicago area. The firm now manages The Shelby, a 94-unit building in Chicago’s South Loop neighborhood, and Brookdale Lakes, a 200-unit property in Naperville, IL.

“For more than 40 years, our team has managed apartments in the Chicagoland area and throughout the Midwest, and we are delighted to add both The Shelby and Brookdale Lakes to our portfolio of luxury properties,” said Anthony Rossi Sr., chairman of Chicago-based RMK Management.

He continued, “The Shelby is a perfect fit for renters looking to be immersed in the energy and offerings of Chicago’s South Loop. In addition to offering residents a prime location, the building’s units are spacious with sophisticated finishes and floor-to-ceiling windows to take in city views.”
