RLB Appoints a New Leader to Chicago Office

Rider Levett Bucknall (RLB) welcomed new leadership to its Chicago office. Following the recent retirement of Christopher Harris, Warren Todd has been named the new head of the Chicago office.

He will be responsible for overseeing all operations, driving business growth, and ensuring RLB clients are able to make informed decisions on their projects. A chartered quantity surveyor with a two-decade track record in the construction industry, Todd brings a wealth of experience and expertise to his new role.

He has extensive knowledge in cost management in pre- and post-contract roles for both owners and architects. Todd’s strategic planning and skillset will strengthen RLB’s presence in the Chicago market.

“We are excited to welcome Warren to our team and have full confidence in his ability to lead our Chicago office to new heights,” said Julian Anderson, FRICS, PQS, President of RLB North America.
