RKW Takes 1,500 FL Multifamily Units Under Its Management Wing
Multifamily management firm RKW Residential in Miami has added 1,500 statewide units to its FL portfolio.
In South FL, RKW is overseeing management and leasing of Adela MiMo Bay, which represents RKW’s first partnership with Asia Capital Real Estate. RKW is also handling the lease ups of recently delivered Hidden Lakes in Miami; Vista Lago in Miami Gardens; and Stellar at Emerald Hills in Dania Beach.
In Central FL’s Kissimmee, RKW took over management and leasing of Camila. The 308-unit community is located just minutes from Walt Disney World Resort.
The 304-unit 79West community in Panama City Beach is an expansion of RKW’s existing relationship with Bluerock Real Estate.
“Demand for all three brand-new communities is extremely high, and our team is well-equipped to provide an exceptional living experience for the residents at Adela MiMo Bay, Hidden Lake, Vista Lago and Stellar at Emerald Hills,” said RKW SVP of operations Johnny De La Espriella.
