RK Properties Acquires Charlotte Apartment Community for $57M

HFF arranged the $57.3 million sale of Solis Berewick, a 275-unit apartment community in southwest Charlotte. Located at 9550 Gannon Dr., the property is adjacent to the grocery-anchored Berewick Town Center development, which is part of the 1,200-acre Berewick master-planned community.

Built in 2017, Solis Berewick features stainless steel appliances, custom-built cabinetry, granite countertops, oversized windows and Nest-learning thermostats. Amenities include a resort-style saltwater pool, outdoor grilling area, dog park, electric car charging stations and a fitness center.

Allan Lynch, Justin Good, Caylor Mark and Jeff Glenn of HFF represented the seller, Terwilliger Pappas, in the transaction. The buyer was RK Properties.
