RK Centers Snags Framingham Retail Plaza for $23M
Needham-based RK Centers has acquired an 80,000-square-foot shopping center anchored by a Super Stop & Shop in Framingham, MASS. The sales price was $23 million.
Located on Route 126 just off Massachusetts Turnpike at Exit 13, the shopping center features a mix of tenants, including a credit union, a liquor store and Super Clips. Additionally, the center has a 5,440-square-foot retail space currently available for lease.
The seller was a joint venture overseen by Regency Centers and represented by Geoffrey Millerd of Newmark. The acquiring entity is RK Center II.
