RK Centers Snags Doral Retail Property for $20M
Privately held commercial real estate development company RK Centers has acquired a retail property occupied by Best Buy in Doral. The sales price was $20.4 million. Roberto Susi of Axiom Capital Advisors represented the undisclosed seller in the transaction. RK Centers was represented by Jose Sasson-Lerner, also with Axiom.
Located at 10760 NW 17th St. in Miami’s Doral submarket, the site consists of a 45,675-square-foot building situated on four acres. RK Centers completed more than $100 million in acquisitions during 2019, most of which included open air regional and community shopping centers in South Florida and New England.
“The location of this asset, coupled with the presence of a strong national tenant such as Best Buy, made this both a unique and desirable property for us to acquire,” said Andrew Zidar, VP of Development and Acquisitions at RK Centers.
