RK Centers Secures $14M Open-Air Shopping Plaza in Manchester

Needham, MA-based RK Centers has acquired an open-air retail property at 777 South Willow Street in Manchester, NH for $13.8 million.

Justin Smith of Atlantic Capital Partners represented the seller, South Willow EDF, LLC

The building consists of 74,935 square feet on 11.85 acres and is home to tenants Burlington Stores and Michaels.

The site is located off Route I-291 and Close to I-93. It is part of a regional retail area serving surrounding communities as well as downtown Manchester, NH’s largest city. RK Centers owns and manages a portfolio of open air regional and community shopping centers across New England and South Florida comprising over 10 million square feet.
