Riverside Nordstrom Rack to Open October 27th
In April, retail brokerage firm Progressive Real Estate Partners announced the signing of a new lease with Nordstrom Rack, for a 30,000-square-foot anchor space on Canyon Springs Parkway in Riverside, CA. The building, formerly Bed Bath & Beyond, has been converted to a brand-new Nordstrom Rack which will open to the public on Thursday, October 27th.
Nordstrom Rack is the off-price retail division of Nordstrom, Inc., offering customers up to 70% off on trend apparel, accessories, beauty, home and shoes from many top brands. The Rack serves as a great introduction for consumers who’ve never shopped at a Nordstrom store.
“We are excited to welcome Nordstrom Rack to Canyon Springs Marketplace,” said Amy Goldfarb of TDA Investment Group, the landlord of the retail center. “Nordstrom Rack will complement and enhance the shopping experience at the center and the greater Riverside community.”
