Riverside Office Building Trades for $38M

A Riverside office building, located at 3750 University Avenue, has been purchased by the city for $38 million. NNN Mission Square, LLC sold the property, which is called Mission Square. John Daciolas and John Ewart from Newmark Grubb Knight Frank’s (NGKF) Ontario office brokered the deal.

At six stories, Mission Square totals 127,533 square feet on just under 2.5 acres. The City of Riverside’s Public Utility Division is the main tenant in the building.

NNN Mission Square was a tenant-in-common group with several investors which reportedly bought Mission Square in 2006.
