Riverside County Gets Housing Boost

We’ve written about how the Inland Empire has rebounded since the recession, and Riverside County is experiencing the benefits. The housing market is rebounding in the area tremendously, almost on the level of San Diego County.

The Temecula Valley Chamber of Commerce recently had an economic forecast that explained more people are getting pushed from coastal cities into the Inland Empire.

As a result, there will be a desire for more retail businesses in the area that can sustain the housing expansion.

Additionally, most of the new residential is ground-up development.
