RiverRock Adds Janice Church in Regional Role

Newport Beach-based RiverRock Real Estate Group added Janice Church as regional vice president for its Los Angeles region. Church will oversee the firm’s Los Angeles management team and portfolio, which encompasses 7.5 million square feet of space.

Church’s career includes more than 20 years in commercial property management. Previously, Church spent nearly seven years with Hines serving most recently as senior regional facilities manager, west region for its Amazon account, which encompasses roughly 30 sites and 4.5 million square feet of Class A office space.

RiverRock’s Steve Core says, “We created this new role as part of our long-term growth strategy in the Los Angeles region. Jan is an outstanding person to lead this initiative and help to grow our firm’s client base as well as ensure high-quality, client-centric service to our existing management portfolio.”

Church also served with CBRE and with Smith, Hricik & Munselle Management Co. earlier in her career.
