River North Retail Listed for First Time in 45 Years

Mid-America Real Estate Corporation is marketing 100 E. Ontario St., a retail property in the heart of the Magnificent Mile and River North districts. The two-story building, home of the Chicago outpost of the Lawry’s The Prime Rib restaurant chain, is available for the first time in 45 years.

The property is available for lease, ground lease or purchase, Mid-America says. “This northeast corner of Ontario and Rush streets location is a remarkable opportunity for retail, food and beverage, residential, office, medical and/or hospitality concepts,” according to a marketing flyer from the locally-based brokerage.

Mid-America’s Stan Nitzberg, Paul Bryant and Joe Girardi are handling the marketing for 100 E. Ontario. An asking price wasn’t disclosed.
