Ritz-Carlton Boston to Reopen June 3
After remaining closed since March of 2020 as a result of the COVID-19 pandemic, the Ritz-Carlton Boston hotel will officially reopen June 3 as the city looks to welcome back more tourists this summer.
Located in downtown Boston, the 193-room hotel will also reopen the Artisan Bistro restaurant which will serve breakfast and dinner and will feature Executive Chef Shane Cooprider’s seasonal summer dishes like the Oro King Salmon with black rice risotto, baby bok choy kimchi, crushed cashews and scallions. The Ritz-Carlton’s re-opening also coincides with the Baker-Polito Administration lifting all remaining industry COVID-19 restrictions on May 29th.
“It’s great to be back,” said William Bunce, general manager at Ritz-Carlton Boston. “And while it took us a bit longer to get here, we’re incredibly grateful to our Ladies and Gentlemen for sticking by us. We know how challenging last year was for so many, so we consider ourselves fortunate to have a loyal team in place that values what The Ritz-Carlton brand embodies.”
