Riskified Takes Bigger Space in Silicon Alley

Silicon Alley’s roster of tech tenants just grew a little longer with the signing of Riskified to what eventually will be three floors at Stellar Management’s 220 Fifth Ave. The tenant, which focuses on preventing fraud and increasing revenue for e-commerce merchants, will occupy more than 27,000 square feet at 220 Fifth later this year, after temporarily moving into a pre-built space.

NKF’s Todd P. Hershman and John Cilmi Jr. spoke for Riskified in the relocation from 34 W. 27th St. Stellar was represented by an NKF team of Brian Waterman, Andrew Peretz, David Malawer and Brent Ozarowski.

Stellar COO Adam Roman said the Riskified signing showed that the capital improvements campaign underway at 220 Fifth “will resonate strongly in the marketplace.” Upgrades at the century-old office property are due for completion this spring.
