Rising Signs Global HQ Deal with River Cruise Line in Calabasas
Rising Realty Partners signed a 50,000-square-foot office lease with AmaWaterways at The Park Calabasas in Calabasas, CA. The 225,000-square-foot multi-tenant office campus will serve as a new, larger headquarters for the fast-growing river cruise lines company when it moves in June.
Rising’s Christopher Rising says, “It’s rewarding to see, and a testament to our impact investing business model, that this formerly vacant property has been fully reborn and leased to modern, creative, and fun companies.”
The property is set on more than 20-acres at the intersection of the West San Fernando Valley and Conejo Valley submarkets. The campus features walking and jogging paths, expansive views and a natural running creek. Additional amenities include lush landscaping, open spaces for corporate events, outdoor meetings, private functions and client events, and an on-site cafeteria with many healthy food options.
CBRE’s Marc Spellman represented the tenant. CBRE’s Matthew Heyn advised the landlord.
