Rising Realty’s Chris Rising Breaks Down Future of Office (VIDEO)

Los Angeles-based Rising Realty’s Chris Rising is not shy about tackling the challenges facing the the commercial real estate industry today. He joined Connect Media’s Daniel Ceniceros recently to talk about the state of the market and what’s transpired over the past five months since the COVID-19 pandemic arrived, leaving in its wake a recession that’s profoundly re-shaping today’s office sector.
