RISE, Origin Investments Partner to Develop $60M Multifamily in Jacksonville
RISE and Origin Investments have created a joint venture partnership for the development of Linden House, a $60-million, 295-unit multifamily project in Jacksonville.
Berkadia served as the intermediary that brought together the two firms. Additional development partners include RISE General Contractors, Charlan Brock Architects and engineering company ETM.
Linden House is being developed, built, and managed by RISE with a scheduled February 2023 delivery date. It is located about 25 minutes from downtown Jacksonville at the intersection of Racetrack Road and Highway 9B, in the Bartram Park neighborhood and within walking distance of Durbin Park.
Durbin Park itself is a two-phase project that stretches over 1,600 acres. When complete, it will contain a 42.5-acre hospital and wellness center campus, three hotels and an event lawn. Less than a mile away is the Flagler Center, the 1,022-acre office park features 1.4 million square feet of Class-A office and industrial space.
