Ripple Leases 125,000 Square Feet in San Francisco’s Jackson Square
TMG Partners and Invesco Real Estate have closed the lease transaction with cryptocurrency solutions company Ripple Labs, Inc. at 600 Battery St in the heart of Jackson Square. Phil Tippett and CBRE’s Conor Famulener represented TMG in the agreement.
“This lease represents the continued demand for high-quality offices, particularly those with outdoor space, in well-amenitized areas” said TMG President Matt Field and Invesco Managing Director Jay Hurley.
The three-story building enjoys high ceilings, expansive window lines and large floorplates with interconnecting stairs. The recently renovated property has a new lobby and roof deck creating nice views of Coit Tower and the San Francisco Bay. Ripple employees will also enjoy the building’s adjacency to Sydney Walton Park and some of The City’s best restaurants.
