Ripco’s Preuss Leads Marketing for Three Brooklyn Properties

Ripco Real Estate is marketing more than $26 million of property listings throughout Brooklyn. Leading the transactions on behalf of RIPCO is vice chairman Stephen R. Preuss, whose territory expertise includes Brooklyn, Queens, Long Island and the NYC Metropolitan area.

Largest of the three properties is 975 Liberty Ave., a seven-story mixed-use building in East New York with 41 apartments and six fully leased commercial spaces. The seller, Liberty for All, LLC, is asking $19,900,000.

“We are continuing to see the increased interest for new construction developments with affordable housing components, and 975 Liberty Ave. is the perfect example that meets this trend,” said Preuss. “It offers residents an amenities program, a prime location and the convenience of having community-oriented commercial tenants.”

Preuss is also marketing 1729 Broadway, a vacant lot in Bushwick, for $2.3 million; and a development site at 2510 Ocean Ave. in Sheepshead Bay for $4,550,000.
